 Medical Clinic : Mobile Clinic starts paying special attention to TB
1993
TB Control Program : HOPE Team gives Patients specialised treatment and diagnosis for TB (Cures 60 patients out of 62,500 screened)
1994
 The Medical Program branches off into the TB Program at Santhome, achives 85% Cure Rate
1995
TB Control Program : HOPE Foundation is appointed Administrators for the NTP at the Govt General Hospital (Opp to Chennai Central, HOPE's TB Program gets the Certificate of Recognition from the ITM Director
1996
 TB Control Program : HOPE's TB Program sets up the Microscope Lab in Ambattur Municipality
1997
 Medical Clinic : Medical Clinic branches off into Leprosy Care at Bethel Nagar, Chengalpet

TB Control Program : RNTCP (DOTS) starts at Ambattur
1998
 TB Control Program : 4 labs for TB screening in Ambattur Municipality
1999

TB Control Program : TB Program completes screening the whole of the Ambattur population

Computer Training Program : CTC Program was started in Gandhi Nagar Slum (behind Govt General Hospital) to provide Computer literacy to underprivileged youths in the slum.

 TB Control Program : Taking care of 300 patients over the year
2001

Leprosy Clinic : At Bethel Nagar, HOPE distributes 250 Spectacles

TB Control Program : TB Program crosses Govt.-set targets for Detection and Conversion Rates, Staff conducts Awareness Street Plays at 6 public places.

AIDS HOME of HOPE : AIDS Home starts (July) with a few women residents;
Children join in 6 months,

HOPE Foundation Study Centre : The HOPE School starts in June with 5 Kids

Global OutReach Program : HOPE Staff and Volunteers clean up the "Women and Children's Hospital", Egmore as part of the Global Outreach Program (April)
2002

TB Control Program : World TB Day - Awareness Street Plays at the local Market, distribution of 2000 Pamphlets

AIDS HOME of HOPE : AIDS Home gets 2 Consultant-Doctors through TANSAC.

PATH Program : PATH (Prevention Along The Highway) Program start with training in October

Computer Training Program : Computer Centre moves to Auxillium School At Egmore

2003

TB Control Program : The first TB Cured family becomes DOTS Providers themselves.

AIDS HOME of HOPE : At the AIDS Home, recognition from the Directorate of Social Welfare(Jan), Emergency Van (from Cincinatti Church) starts operation, 4 Children joins School following the Govt ruling that HIV +ve children can go to School.

HOPE Foundation conducts "Live and Let Live" Cultural Program for Fund Raising

HOPE Foundation Study Centre : HOPE's School students go on their first trip outside - Tidel Park and Vandalaur Zoo

Computer Training Program : Students at the HOPE Computer Centre 2 gets their Course Completition Certificates

4. German Computer Programer Mr. Goetz Muller, gave one month Special Training to the Computer Centre Students on Visual Basic and Ms- Access and Certificates were issued.

 TB Control Program : In the TB Program, 60 people from the community turns DOTS providers; For World TB Day, HOPE distributes pamphlets at Kalyana Puram, TI Diamond Chain Factory, MGR Puram;

AIDS HOME of HOPE : At the AIDS HOME, residents start taking reponsibilities (2 Residents start living separately), 5yrs old Shilpa becomes the 1st Person in TN to receive ART)

HOPE Foundation Study Centre : HOPE's School gets its Head Mistress

Computer Training Program : HOPE's Computer Centres get 6 computers and peripherals courtesy Chennai Willingdon Corporate Foundation (Feb) CWCF Donated 6 computers, 2 printers, 2 DTP Softwares, 3 Tables and 1UPS
